Can an accumulator cell be made as thin as a sheet of paper? Can it be made in different sizes? Can it be used like wallpaper? Can a paper-thin accumulator cell be stacked like a pile of paper?
Invention
The RES-Foil Cell uses a multitude of thermal transfer elements to enlarge its outer and inner surfaces. While heat can be transported away from the cell more easily on the outer surface, the enlarged inner surface increases the RES-Foil Cell's electric capacity. When stacked in a battery module, the thermal transfer elements of the RES-Foil Cell form a hydraulic structure that channels a heat transfer fluid.
